We Would Not Hesitate to Use Argent Again Apr 2, 2026

When we were in the market to add solar to our home in 2024, we researched several solar companies before deciding on Argent Solar. After meeting with the salesman, Craig, we had no hesitation to move forward with Argent. Craig was very professional, transparent, and low pressure. He patiently explained everything in an easy-to-understand manner, and he made himself available throughout the entire process (and beyond) for our questions and concerns. He never tried to upsell us (unlike one of the other companies we were considering), and he was always approachable and kind. Once the installation started, we were so fortunate to have Jose at the helm. Jose was extremely conscientious, brilliant with his knowledge of solar and beyond, and like Craig, he was so patient in explaining everything and made himself available whenever we had yet another question. Since the initial install, we have reached out to Craig and Jose on numerous occasions as we were learning the ins and outs of the system, and they both continued to display professionalism, integrity, and patience. Even a year+ into our Argent Solar installation, we have reached out to Craig and Jose (sometimes for things somewhat unrelated to our system), and they both responded in a timely manner. As a matter of fact, when we were told by an electrician (just a few weeks ago) that we needed our electrical panel replaced to the tune of $8,000+, we called Argent (since Jose had installed an additional electrical panel to handle our solar equipment), and without hesitation, Jose came to our home and looked over everything, took the time to help us understand without being condescending, and saved us $8K! He provided us with additional information and gave us suggestions for how we could save even more money. Jose is a genius who has knowledge far beyond solar, and both he and Craig are trustworthy, display the highest integrity, and are, bar none, two of the most reliable men we know. We would not hesitate to use Argent Solar again for this home (should we desire additional solar equipment) or for a future residence. In this world where it's easy to fall prey to high-pressure sales tactics or fear mongering, Argent Solar (Jose and Craig in particular) are shining lights who help us realize that there still are some good people out there. Thank you, Craig and Jose, for being who you are and for providing us with the best solar system!

We worked with Craig Bloom for our system, and it was honestly the best experience I’ve had with any company. Argent was competitive with or cheaper than any of the others we got quotes from, and they have a solid history of work in the Valley. They also do their own installation, which is great. Craig is hands down the best sales rep we’ve worked with anywhere. He wasn’t pushy, gave me the facts and data, had a few system options, and ultimately delivered on what he promised. We recently added five more panels (due to increased consumption) and the experience was just as good. If you are exploring solar or even adding on to an existing system, we highly recommend Argent, and Craig will take good care of you.

He helped us find the best option for financing the system and worked with APS to get paperwork pushed through quickly. It took ~3 months to install, with most of the time waiting on APS, not Argent. Within an hour of APS installing the final meter, Argent had someone on site to turn on the system and help us set up the Battery App, get it configured to fit our needs, and explained everything. So far, when using the system for only a couple of days, it is performing better than estimates predicted. (We'll know more once summer arrives.) We strongly suggest contacting Argent Solar Electric for your solar needs.

I had Argent install solar panels in 2017. Only needed service one time, and the repair was done within 2 days of contacting them. Recently decided to have additional panels installed to reach the maximum allowed. They were able to get me on their schedule quickly, and the additional panels are working well. The installation was very impressive—a little over one day. The guys did an amazing job. Perfect bends in the conduit, painted to match, everything neat and tucked away. It looked great. Everything was picked up, etc. If I didn't know they were there, I wouldn't know they were there! No large deposit, which tells me the company is very solvent and not financially strapped. Thousands less in cost than other companies, because they are not the middleman; the installers and sales all work for Argent. Excellent in every way, cannot recommend enough. Thanks, Argent Solar!
